St. Paul's was organized in 1827 by German immigrants and was one of the three congregations that made up the Orkney Springs Parish, until October 1982, when we separated and became the Jerome Parish. We are affilliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Virginia Synod.
We are located in the beautiful, rural community of Jerome, at the foot of the Great North Mountain in the heart of the scenic Shenandoah Valley.
