We believe in one God, revealed to us through the Triune God, the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that the Old and New Testaments are the divinely inspired Word of God given to all people. We believe that the Creeds and Lutheran Confessions are accurate and faithful witnesses to the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We believe that a life that is centered in Christ is nourished by God’s Word and the two Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion.
We believe that the Church, although made up of sinners, is the Body of Christ in the world and that all people are equal in God’s sight.
We believe that God freely gives God’s people forgiveness and salvation, that we ourselves cannot earn these amazing gifts of God’s grace.
We believe that we are called to be part of a community of faith, living as ambassadors of Christ, while loving God and our neighbor as ourselves.
